Auto Attendant
This section of support provides articles and how-to instructions on configurable options available under the Auto Attendant Section under the Company section of VUC4, the VL Telecom Unified Communications Platform.
Navigate to the Auto Attendant option under the company section of the VUC4 platform.
Select an autoattendant option, under the general section, you can update autoattendant.
Field Name | Description |
---|---|
Name | The name of the greeting |
Phone Number | Choose the number you want to assign the greeting to |
Greeting | Choose the Greeting you would like to use |
Allow to dial by an extension number | Select to allow to dial by an extension number |
Play | Select Greeting and Timeout options |
Dial Input | Select Dial Input 1 or 2 |
Add of Autoattendant, by clicking on icon.
Complete all information under the general section:
