Call Groups (Business Talk)
This section of support provides articles and how-to instructions on configurable options available under the Call Groups Section under the Company section of VUC4, the VL Telecom Unified Communications Platform.
Navigate to Call Groups under the Company Section of the VUC4 Platform:
View/Update Current Company Call Groups:
Create a New Company Call Group
Field Name | Description |
---|---|
Name | Enter the Name of the Call Group |
Phone Number | Select the phone number the call group applies to |
Transmit Ringback | Select to transmit a ringback |
Greeting | Select the greeting of your preference |
Algorithm | Select Forking or Circular Hunting Circular Hunting Option: This means that the phone system will ring one extension and when not answered ring to the next. |
Ring Timeout | Select Timeout for Ringing |
Members | Select the Users/Members for the Call Group |
Ending Action | Play Select Greeting and Choose Disconnect or Dial Input |
