Settings (My Profile)
This section of support provides articles and how-to instructions on configurable options available under the Settings Section under the My Profile section on the VUC4, the VL Telecom Unified Communications Platform.
Navigate to Settings under the My Profile section on the VUC4 platform:
The settings displayed are for your profile
Field Name | Description |
---|---|
SIP Password | View and Update your profile password |
Branch | View your Branch given by Administrator. You can’t change this field, contact your Administrator to change your branch if necessary. |
Extensions | View your extensions |
Assigned Phone Numbers | View your Assigned Phone Numbers |
Caller ID | Select -NO CALLER ID- if you would like to remove your Caller ID |
Music on Hold | Select the music for on hold |
Voicemail Greeting | Select Greeting for voicemail |
Ring Timeout | Select the number of rings before timeout |
Time Zone | Select your Time Zone |
Enable voicemail to email | Select to enable voicemail to email |
Voicemail to email | Enter the email address for the voicemail to email function |
Enable voicemail transcription | Select to enable voicemail transcription |
Remember to Save all changes
