Speed Dial (My Profile)

This section of support provides articles and how-to instructions on configurable options available under the Speed Dial Section under the My Profile section on the VUC4, the VL Telecom Unified Communications Platform.

Navigate to Speed Dial Section under the My Profile Section of the VUC4 Platform:

You can view all the speed dials under this section. You can also update existing speed dials created.

Add a new speed dial by clicking on the icon

Field Name	Description	Mandatory

Field Name	Description	Mandatory
Shortcut	Enter the shortcut of the speed dial number you require.	mandatory
Telephone Number	Enter the telephone number of the contact	mandatory
Nickname	Enter the nickname of the user	Optional
