As we’ve mentioned before in this article, having a high speed line does not always translate to great call quality.

Instructions

There are a few tools available on the market that can assist you with monitoring bandwidth utilisation. If you’re relatively comfortable with basic networking concepts, you can start troubleshooting this yourself however if you’re not, we’d recommend asking your network administrator to check this for you.
