VoIP Ports

To ensure you’re network can effectively communicate with our VoIP service, you would need to ensure your network and firewall allows traffic over the network between your network and our SIP Server. Our SIP server’s FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name) is vpbx.virtuallandlines.co.za or sip.vltelecom.com.

Ensure to allow traffic on the FQDN instead of the IP address direct as IP addresses may change in line with our failover policy.
