Check Your Speed and Compare It to Your Plan
The first step in this process would be to confirm that your line speeds are what you have on your plan with your ISP.

Instructions
Follow the below steps to check your line speed.
Navigate to http://www.saix.net/
Click on the speedtest icon.
Click on the GO button.
The test will now run. As soon as the test is complete your results will be displayed as below:
This check is merely to verify that the speeds you are getting are the speeds on your package with your ISP. Continue to further steps if this is correct.
