Find Me Rules
Find Me rules are rules defined that allow a user or administrator to define rules that will route calls based on selected criteria.
Accessing Find Me Rules
Navigate to Settings:
Click on Users and select a User in the list:
The User details page will be displayed:
Click on the 'Find Me' button:
The Find Me page displays a list of all Find Me rules defined for this particular user:
Adding a new Find Me rule
To add a new Find Me rule, click on the ‘Add’ button. The popup below will be displayed:
Complete the above fields (explained in detail below) to create a new Find Me rule:
From:
If you would like this rule to be triggered when a specific number calls you.
DID Number:
If you have more than one DID number you can select which one should trigger this Find Me Rule.
Priority:
Enter a priority number 1 or 2
The lowest value will take the highest priority
The maximum priority number available is 2. (You can only define a maximum of 2 Find Me rules).
Response
The Table displays all the available responses and the meaning of each:
Response Name | Description | Additional Options (fields) |

Voicemail | This option will send calls to the User’s voicemail. If Voicemail to Email is selected, this will deliver the voicemail to the email address for this user. | Greeting - A select dropdown to upload or create a text-to-speech voicemail greeting to be played. |
Forward To | This option will forward calls to another internal (extension) or external number (Usually a mobile number). | To - A select dropdown with two options (Number & Extension). Number - This is the number the call should be forwarded to. Extension - The extension the call should be forwarded to. |
Fax Box | This option will forward any inbound traffic to your fax box.
A number/DID is required dedicated to a Fax Box in order to receive faxes in your Fax Box. | N/A |
Find Me Options:
This option specifies when this Find Me rule will be triggered:
Offline (When you’re offline)
Busy (When you’re in-call)
No Answer (When the call is un-answered)
DND (Do Not Disturb):
When this option is selected this rule will be triggered immediately without trying to send the call to the user.
Important: Only select this option if you want every call to forward through to this Find Me Rule. (Not Recommended)
Select OK to create the Find Me rule. The additional Find Me rule will be created:
Deleting a Find Me rule
To delete a Find Me rule simply click on the Trash icon to delete the rule.
Click YES to delete the Find Me rule.
