Creating Branches

The Administrator interface provides the Admin user with the ability to create and manage Branches.

Branches are useful if you have users located in more than one location and you would like to use the same 3 digit extension numbers for users in each of the branches.

Example:

Joan works in Branch A and has an extension number 101
John works in Branch B and has an extension number 101

Branch A has a prefix code of 10
Branch B has a prefix code of 20

Joan can be contacted on 10101
John can be contacted on 20101

Instructions
