User Greetings

Greetings are “Audio Files“ that are used everywhere in your phone system.
This Greeting section covers greetings that are specific to this User. Company Greetings are managed under the main Greetings section under the Company Settings screen. See Greetings
Accessing Greetings
Navigate to Settings:
Click on Users and select a User in the list:
The User details page will be displayed:
Click on the 'Greetings' button:
The Greeting page displays the below Greeting information specific to the selected User:
Default Music on Hold Greeting
Select a default greeting that will be played whilst callers are placed on hold (applies to this user only)
Voicemail
Select a Voicemail greeting to be played.
Creating a New Greeting
To create a new greeting simply click on any button on the Greeting page. The below options are available:
Option | How It Works |

Record | This option allows you to record a greeting in realtime to use under greetings.

Text-to-Speech | This option allows you to convert Text into speech: Note: Do not include any line breaks in the “Body” field of the Text to Speech. If you receive an 'Internal Error'. Please just click on Convert Again. |
Upload | Upload a file from your computer. Important: Files need to be in MP3 or WAV format and should not be larger than 3MB in size. |
