Parking a Call

Follow this guide to send a call to a created Call Park. See for a guide on creating a call park.

  1. Answer an incoming call.

  2. Transfer the call to the Call Park Extension Number.

  3. Dial the Call Park Extension Number to retrieve the call. (option 1)

  4. Open the Call Park on your Yealink device to view/retrieve all parked calls. (option 2)
