Record a New Greeting
Follow this guide to record a new Company Greeting.
All greetings created here can be used in the company PBX settings which includes:
Voice Menus (IVRs)
Call Groups
Greetings created or uploaded here are not available to Company users under their profiles. See Updating Users
Record A New Greeting
Navigate to Settings:
Click on Greetings
Click on the RECORD button. The below popup will be displayed:
Give your recording a name (required) and click on the record icon to start the recording.
You might be prompted to grant the browser permission to access your microphone
The below screen will be displayed during the recording:
As soon as you’re done with the recording, click on the STOP icon. The below screen will be displayed with options:

Playback the recording that was recorded. | |
Save and Upload this recording to your account (Greetings). | |
Restart the recording.
Selecting this option deletes the current recording permanently. |
