Creating a new email account
To create a new email account follow the below instructions:
Login to your CPanel (You would have received you login details when signing up).
Navigate to Email and Click on 'Email Accounts'
3. Click on Create New:
4.Complete the below fields and click Create:
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Username | This is the email alias before the @yourdomain.co.za. |
Password | Select a password for your account. The stronger the password the more secure your email account will be. Make use of the Password Generator to select a secure password. |
Storage Space | Enter the storage amount that you would like to allocate to the email account. When selecting to store emails on the server, if this quota is reached, emails will no longer be delivered to the email account and will bounce back to the user. |
