Managing Email Spam

Follow the steps below to manage spam email in your hosting account through CPanel:

  1. Login to your CPanel (You would have received you login details when signing up).

  2. Navigate to 'Spam Filters'

3. Change your settings below as required:

Process New Emails and Mark them as Spam:

Enable this setting to enable the assassin spam module on your account.

Move New Spam to a Separate Folder (Spam Box):

When this option is enabled, all spam that meet the Spam Threshold Score will be moved to a separate folder on the server and will not be delivered to your email client.

Automatically Delete New Spam (Auto-Delete):

When this option is enabled, all spam that meet the Spam Threshold Score will be auto-deleted from your account.

This cannot be undone and is not recommended for newly enabled spam management.

Should you continue to receive emails that are regarded as spam you can amend the 'Spam Threshold' using the values below:
