Managing Chats

This section of support provides articles and how-to instructions on configurable options available under the Chats Section on the home page on the VUC4, the VL Telecom Unified Communications Platform.

Navigate to the Chats Section on the home page on the VUC4 platform:

Select the Contact you would like to start a chat with.

You can search for a contact by clicking on the icon.

Select your Contact you would like to chat with:

You can send messages and review all messages between yourself and your contact
