Creating/Managing Users

This section provides an overview of the available features under the user section on the Reseller Platform. Users belong to Companies and can:

  • Be assigned telephone or extension numbers.

  • Be added to Voice Menus as call ringthrough options.

  • Have their calls recorded.

  • Access their Voicemail messages.

Navigate to Clients → Users:

 

Select the company you would like to view:

Unverified Users listed as below:

Before a user can be activated, the user needs to login to the PBX/VUC for the first time. This verifies that the email account is valid and loads all available features for the first time. (See https://vltelecom.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ESD/pages/28213249 )
