Follow this guide to upload new Company Greetings from your Computer.
All greetings created/uploaded here can be used in the company PBX settings which includes:
Greetings created or uploaded here are not available to Company users under their profiles. See Updating Users |
Navigate to Settings:
Click on Greetings
Click on the UPLOAD button to upload a file from your computer. The uploaded file will be added to your greetings list.
The file size limit is 3MB. Files larger than this file size will not be uploaded. Files need to be in either .mp3 or .wav format. |
The content by label feature displays related articles automatically, based on labels you choose. To edit options for this feature, select the placeholder below and tap the pencil icon.
