Contacts | Select this option to view and add contacts. |
Chats | This option you can start and view chats between all contacts, including internal staff members. |
Recents | This option displays all recent calls. |
My Profile | View and update your profile details. |
Greetings | Add and view greetings |
Find Me | User can create call forwarding options on platform |
Speed dials | Add and view speed dials on platform |
Account | View all information regarding your account |
Phone Numbers | View phone numbers that are allocated to account |
Payments | View all payments under account |
Billing | View all billing information of account |
Rates | View all current rates of different countries. |
Recordings | View and listen to all recordings |
Voicemails | View and listen to all voice mails |
Company | This is an Admin Feature available for all admin users |
Users | View all users using platform in company |
Branches | View Branches of company |
Numbers & Extensions | View all numbers and extensions in the company |
Auto attendant | All Corporate greetings and voice menus |
Call Groups | Create and View company groups (Example: Accounts Department) |
Call Parking | Create parking for incoming calls |
Greetings | Create and view greetings |
Settings | Update and view settings |
VoIP Devices | View and add VoIP devices |
Billing | View all billing for company |
Recordings | View and listen to all company recordings |
