Setting up a Conference Call
Follow the below instructions to setup a conference call.
Login to VUC:
Click on Channels from the left menu and Click on the Plus Icon:
Complete the details in the Channel Popup and click OK:
Field | Description |

Channel Name | This is the name of the Channel - Be creative. |
Allow Phone Access | This checkbox enables call access to this channel. Leave this checkbox checked to allow users inside and outside your organisation to dial into this conference. The default conference number to call is +27(0)87 550 2673 and you will be prompted to enter the PIN code displayed here to join the conference. |
Participants | Select co-workers here or enter the email address of the user you would like to invite to the conference' email address and hit enter. |
The conference is now created. You can start sending messages or if you’d like to talk to each other, dial in using the dial in code to enter the conference.
