This section of support provides articles and how-to instructions on configurable options available under the Recordings Section on the My Account Section on the VUC4, the VL Telecom Unified Communications Platform.

Navigate to My Account and select Recordings option:

You can view and listen to all recordings under this option. Select the recording you would like to listen to.
