Create a new Text-to-Speech Greeting
Navigate to Settings:

Click on Greetings

Click on the TEXT TO SPEECH button. The below popup will be displayed. Complete the fields using the reference table below:

Name | Give your Text-to-Speech greeting a unique name. | ||
Body | Type in the text that you would like converted into a voice file here. Hints:

Voice | Select a voice you would like to use from the dropdown. |
Click CONVERT to start the conversion.

Upload a Greeting
Navigate to Settings:

Click on Greetings

Click on the UPLOAD button to upload a file from your computer. The uploaded file will be added to your greetings list.

The file size limit is 3MB. Files larger than this file size will not be uploaded. Files need to be in either .mp3 or .wav format. |
