This section of support provides articles and how-to instructions on configuring your Yealink device to work with VL Telecom’s voice services.

 

Assembling the Phone:

Connect the network and power for the base station in one of the following ways :

A: AC Power Supply

B: PoE Switch

  1. Connect the charger cradle.

  2. Insert the batteries into the handset.

  3. Charge the handset

Handset Registration:

  1. Press the OK key to enter the main menu, and then select Settings-> System Settings->Network (default PIN: 0000)->Basic.

  2. On your computer, type the IP address in the address bar as shown

  3. In the fields below : fill in admin as your username and admin as your password.

  4. Navigate to the Account section.

  5. As seen in the picture belowe, there will be a “ Register failed

  6. Replace all the “example@example.com” with your account details, also replace the password with your provided password and navigate to the bottom of the page and click Confirm

  7. If everything was done correctly you will see “Registered” and everything will be working .

    1. Navigate to “Status → Handset&VoIP” and click “Start Registration”.

    1. On the handset click the “OK” button.

    1. Navigate to “Settings” → “Registration” → “Replace Base”. Select the Base you want to register and press “OK”.

    2. A serial number will appear under “Subscribe Base”. Press “OK” and then “Enter PIN” (by default 0000).

    3. Click “Done” to successfully subscribe the Handset.

    4. Once the registration is complete, the device will be visible on your device’s web interface in the “Registered Handsets” section.

e. Repeat the above steps for each handset/sip account to be registered on the base.
